Who Won The Cinch Championships Last Year?

The Queen’s Club Championships weren’t played in 2020 due to the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic.

In 2019, 37 year old Spaniard Feliciano Lopez won both the singles and doubles titles, becoming the first player to take home both titles in the same year since Mark Philippoussis did so in 1997.

Lopez had won the singles title previously in 2017 when he beat Marin Cilic to the trophy. In 2019, however, he picked up two pieces of silverwear on the same day, beating Gilles Simon by 6-2, 6-7, 7-6 in just under three hours before partnering Andy Murray in a close 7-6, 5-7, 10-5 victory over Rajeev Ram & Joes Salisbury.

How To Get Cinch Championship Tickets

Tickets for the Cinch Championships are organised by the LTA and are currently on general sale via the Ticket Factory website.

The event is one of the most popular sporting events in the UK summer, making it extremely difficult to get tickets for the tournament. It’s particularly difficult this year given that the Queen’s Club will only be operating at a maximum of 25% capacity due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Be sure to get your tickets as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment.
